1. 28 man rosters will stay all year. We could expand to 30 depending on how this goes, but for now we will have 28 rostered players. 2. N/A list, for one year only, will allow players who are over the 130/50 thresholds. The N/A list will stay at a max of 15 players. 3. Players who opt out will can be retained by their club and be put on a special exempt list. A player on this list will NOT count towards cap.
Any additional changes will be added to this thread.

Why is the Na change being made, what are your thoughts behind this? Or the BOD’s reasons for this change?

The n/a list will act as the MLBs taxi list. Therefore we decided it was best to relax the thresholds.
We want to provide managers with all the flexibility possible given the circumstances.

1. Cobra IL has been expanded to 10 spots. 2. N/A has been expanded to 20 for this year only. 3. Free agent contracts signed after the restart will be handled differently. The FIRST year will be guaranteed. At the end of the year, the owner will have the choice to let those contracts go free of charge (no 2nd and 3rd year penalty). The owner can also choose to keep these. This rule is being implemented so owners that are being hit hard by postponed games don't mail it in. hack - Please fill out your roster and utilize the new N/A spots. Keep in mind you can store any player there, but you have to activate all players within 24 hours of them playing in the game.
