I'll try to make this my final question:
Are the Rookie Draft players included in the Rule 5 draft if they occupy NA roster positions 15 to 20?
So, if I draft a rookie and place the rookie into NA roster spot 15, is that rookie then eligible for the Rule 5 draft?
I'm supposing that the rookie would be able to occupy a roster spot 1 to 26 during the season - such that a team might not cut them throughout the season.

They're really meant to be different, but since the rookie draft takes so long it occurred first. Plus it is a huge boon to activity because of pick trading.
That said, since the rookie draft occurs first, they have to be accounted for when setting your 14 man na. This is why I sent all my Tigers down and off my list for the time being.

After the rule 5 deadline, you can go back up to 20 again. As you said the 15th etc..

By sending down - you mean that you placed under 150/30 Detroit players in the free agent pool?

I removed Tigers owned players, like Casey Mize, from my protected list. No one can draft them anyway.
