I use this hack to save time after the keepers are finalized so I can keep track of players who I didn't keep but will be adding back into my Yahoo roster (NA + IL players, plus players who I haven't made a decision on yet).
After I've chosen my keepers, I go to the "Players" tab in Yahoo. I click on "Player List". In the "Status" drop down menu, I choose my team (Atlanta Braves), and click the "Filter" button. Looking at "All Batters" first, I now have all the batters on my roster, both keepers and non-keepers. I click the star to the left of the names of the non-keepers I will want to add back to my roster in the future. I then change the "Position" drop down to 'All Pitchers" and do the same thing for my pitching non-keepers. I then go back to the "My Team" tab and click on "Watch List". I now have a list of all the players I may want to add back in the future without having to look them up in the spreadsheet and search for them in the Yahoo free agent list. If I want to add them to my roster, all I have to do is click on the green plus sign (this will appear after keepers have been finalized by Kris). Saves time and effort.
Hope this helps.
Good luck with the season!
